Job Summary & Purpose:
Plan and organize internal and external training as well as human resources development program to comply with the company's policies
Principle Accountabilities:
- Plan and manage the training needs survey, analyze those needs to identify and prioritize the needs for training of employees in each level and set annual training budget
- Plan and develop training courses, lesson plans and prepare the action plans for the proposed training courses in order to meet the training needs of employees as well as to serve the company’s future growth
- Conduct the training program for the management level according to the plan, administer evaluation and follow-up
- Organize / conduct the training program as specially / urgently requested by the department to improvement and/or to solve the urgently
- Establish and monitor orientation sessions for new employees
- Select and train new staffs in the department as well as provide advice to all staffs
- Develop and compile training manuals, other training aids and obtain equipment, training films, other visual aids, materials, textbooks which facilitate learning of individual
- Administer continuing education program, special studies and contact colleges, universities, association and the like on extensive training
- Contact, coordinate and strengthen relationships with other organizations which will result in an exchange of experience and information for an external training
- Contact, coordinate and build up good relationship with schools, colleges and other institutes
- Plan, develop and organize “Career Paths”, “Succession Plan” and Management Development Program to prepare for the readiness of human resources to serve the future growth of the organization and to follow the company’s policies
- Conduct/supervise conflict resolution through investigation, recommend/implement resolution in conjunction with field management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Personnel Management/Industrial Psychology or related field
- Experience at least 5 years experience in training
- Experience in Internal instructor
- Characteristics/Skills: Leadership, Good human relation, Ability to use MS Office
- Very Good in written and spoken English
